Eligibility
Our services are for insurance agents who hold the licenses required for the products and states they request. You confirm your licensing status when you submit an order.
Orders and approval
Submitting the qualification form creates an order request. No campaign begins and no payment is processed until our team reviews and approves the order and you complete onboarding.
Pricing, ad spend and fees
Each package tier lists a total price split between ad spend and campaign management. Ad spend is passed through to the advertising platform at cost. Management fees cover campaign build, optimization and delivery setup.
Lead volume and delivery windows
Projected lead ranges and delivery windows are estimates based on prior campaigns in similar markets. Advertising platforms, seasonality and market conditions affect actual results. Projections are not guarantees.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee sales, conversions, appointment rates, issued premium or income. Results depend on your follow-up, sales process and licensing.
Exclusivity
Leads generated by your dedicated campaign are delivered only to you. We do not resell or share your campaign's leads.
Refunds and credits
Ad spend already committed to a live platform campaign is non-refundable. If we fail to deliver a campaign you paid for, we will issue a credit or refund of the undelivered portion. Contact support to open a review.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including TCPA, state telemarketing rules, do-not-call requirements and your carrier and IMO policies.
Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute or share delivered leads, or use our services for unlawful, deceptive or abusive outreach.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you submit an order governs that order.
