Information we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone), business details (IMO, licensing, products, states, CRM), the answers you give in our qualification form, order and payment metadata, and technical data such as IP address, user agent and campaign parameters.
How we use it
To review and fulfil your order, build and run your ad campaign, deliver leads, provide support, meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and — only where you opt in — send you SMS updates.
Consent records
When you check a consent box we store the exact disclosure text, version, timestamp, IP address and user agent so both of us have an accurate record.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that make the product work: cloud hosting and database, email delivery, advertising platforms, and — at your direction — your CRM or Google Sheet. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep order and consent records for as long as needed to run your campaigns and to meet legal, tax and dispute-resolution requirements.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, and administrative actions are logged.
Your choices
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP or using our preferences page. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us.
