Welcome to Funnel Fresh Leads. By purchasing our Facebook Ads Management Service, you agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully to understand your rights and obligations when working with us.

### 1. Service Overview

- Funnel Fresh Leads provides Facebook Ads management and setup services specifically tailored to help insurance agents generate fresh leads. Our services include a management and setup fee, while the remaining funds you provide are allocated directly to your ad campaign budget.

### 2. Account Access and Management

- To effectively manage your campaign, Funnel Fresh Leads may require access to your Facebook profile, business account, ad account, and other relevant assets. Access requirements will be communicated to you, and you are responsible for providing all necessary permissions and information in a timely manner.

- Campaigns may be managed through either your account or ours, as deemed appropriate by Funnel Fresh Leads. Note that Funnel Fresh Leads is not liable for any restrictions, suspensions, or other issues with your Facebook accounts or related assets.

- Failure to provide the required account access or information may result in a delay, suspension, or cancellation of your campaign.

### 3. No Guarantee of Lead Quality

- We aim to generate fresh leads for your business, but please note that the quality of leads may vary. Funnel Fresh Leads cannot guarantee factors such as:

- Age, location, or responsiveness of leads.

- Lead accuracy, as some leads may claim they did not complete a form.

- Compliance with third-party regulations, including any imposed by Facebook’s advertising policies.

- These factors are subject to fluctuations within the Facebook Ads system and are outside our control. As a result, Funnel Fresh Leads cannot promise specific outcomes or lead conversions.

### 4. Communication and Support

- Our primary communication channel will be a Facebook Messenger group created specifically for your campaign, allowing you direct access to our team for updates, questions, or support.

### 5. Payment Policy

- All fees paid for our setup and management services are non-refundable, and campaign budgets are also non-refundable once they have been allocated to the ad spend.

- Funnel Fresh Leads reserves the right to pause or delete your campaign if payment is not received in full, if the designated ad budget has been exhausted, or if you are unresponsive to requests for necessary information.

### 6. Campaign Activation Timeline

- Due to workload and the steps involved in account setup, your campaign may take up to two weeks to go live. Funnel Fresh Leads will provide updates on the campaign status, and we make every effort to launch campaigns as quickly as possible.

### 7. Limitation of Liability

- Funnel Fresh Leads is not responsible for any restrictions, disabling, or account issues on Facebook’s end related to your profile, business account, ad account, or campaign. We assume no liability for any actions taken by Facebook against your accounts.

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Funnel Fresh Leads reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
